A set of towers connected by glass bridges, the first residential buildings launching at Brightwater — the 72-acre former Imperial Oil lands on the Port Credit waterfront being redeveloped by Port Credit West Village Partners (Kilmer Group, DiamondCorp, Dream Unlimited and FRAM+Slokker) into roughly 2,995 homes, retail, parkland and a school over multiple phases. Bridge House itself is now selling, with prices quoted from the $600,000s; the developer's own page does not state a unit count, suite mix or occupancy date for this building.
