Look up a Toronto address
Any address in the City of Toronto: its building permits since 2017, its Committee of Adjustment files, and what’s planned around it, from the City’s own records. Then, if you like, what it’s worth.
What each address page shows
- Every building permit the City lists since 2017, and any still open from before: what the work was, and where it stands.
- Its Committee of Adjustment files, minor variances and consents, with the decisions.
- Development sites within 500 m, and the neighbours’ Committee of Adjustment files within 250 m.
- What the home might be worth, if you ask.
Public records only: an address page doesn’t mean a home is for sale, and nothing on it names an owner. From the City of Toronto’s open data, under the Open Government Licence – Toronto.
