Combined Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications to permit a 16-storey mixed-use building with a height of 55.5 metres (60.5 metres with the mechnical penthouse). The proposed development will contain 219 residential units and 290 square metres of non-residential GFA at grade. Two levels of underground parking are proposd with 54 vehicular space and 241 bicycle parking spaces.
