Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment to increase the approved height and density onsite to accomodate additional purpose built and affordable rental dwelling units. On Block 3, Tower 3A increases by 13 storeys and Tower 3B increases by 12 storeys for a total of 48 and 37 storeys, respectively. The proposal increases Block 4, Tower 4A by 12 storeys and Tower 4B by 11 storeys for a total of 44 and 34 storeys, respectively. A total of 3,547 dwelling units across five blocks are proposed, 634 of which are already approved and under construction.
