Site Plan Approval for a 8-storey self-storage building with a total gross floor area of 22,734 square metres on the westerly portion of the subject lands containing 746.3 square metres of non-residential gross floor area including an ancillary retail, a medical clinic and an eating establishment use at-grade along Geary Avenue. The application also proposes a 260.8 square metres POPS along the western limit of the property. The proposal also includes partial demolition of a portion of the existing retail building currently occupied by The Brick.
