Proposal for a 28 storey mixed use tower and podium, a community space, a publicly accessible open space and proposed park. The development will include 570 dwelling units. A total of 446 parking spaces will be provided, which includes 401 residential spaces, 40 community space and residential visitor spaces and 5 car-share spaces. The residential GFA will be 40,896 m2and the non­residential GFA (community space) will be 1,780 m2.
