Proposal containing two residential buildings, of which one will contain retail on the ground floor. One building contains a 26-storey (87.2 metres) tower, sitting on an eight storey base building facing. The second building contains a 29-storey tower (94.9 metres), sitting on an eight storey base building. The second building also has a 14-storey (52.4 metres) mid-rise component facing The Donway West. The proposed development will provide a total of 1,022 residential units, 67,595.1 sqm of GFA and 697.35 of retail GFA. A Privately-Owned Publically Accessible Space is proposed facing The Donway West.
