Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment application to revised Blocks 2 and 3 in the original Lansing Square Block Context Plan to permit four mixed-use buildings of 27-storeys (Tower C), 43-storeys (Tower d), 42-storeys (Tower F), and 27-storeys (Tower H) on Block 2 and a 10-storey mixed-use building on Block 3. The proposed development includes a total gross floor area of 132,692 square metres including 2,850 square metres of non-residential, a total of 2,035 dwelling units (1,244 of which are new dwelling units) and 763 vehicular parking spaces.
