Proposed two residential towers with heights of 36 and 31storeys, connected by a 5-storey non-residential podium. The proposed development will retain the existing 4-storey medical office building on the site, with approximately 8,000 square metres of gross floor area. The proposal would have a total of 10,883 square metres of new office space (in addition to the 8,000 square metres of existing office space), 549 square metres of retail space, and 38,771 square metres of residential space with 598 residential units, overall density of floor space index (FSI) 5.96. A total of 544 parking spaces are proposed located within an underground garage.
