Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning Amendment application to permit a proposal consisting of 3 buildings, including two residential towers at 48 and 48-storeys with a residential gross floor area of 70,468 square metres. A new YMCA facility that is up to three storeys in height with a non-residential gross floor area of 6,671 square metres is proposed on the northern portion of the site. The total site gross floor area is 77,139 square metres.
