The building will provide a total of 251 residential units, being a mix of studios, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom + den and 2-bedroom units. A paved pick up/drop off forecourt along the western property line will be provided, leading to 1 level of below-grade parking, providing a total of 24 parking spaces; as well as 35 bicycle parking spaces. The proposal also includes a 205 square metre public park addition to Snider Parkette and 370 square metre privately owned publicly accessible spaces (POPS).
