A gross floor area (GFA) of 207,637 square metres is proposed, which includes 11,829 square metres of retail GFA, resulting in a Floor Space Index (FSI) of 5.7. The development includes an on-site parkland dedication of 3,993.5 square metres and a mid-block woonerf.
