Proposed application to permit the redevelopment of the Subject Site with a new mixed-use development consisting of three residential towers atop a shared building podium. Community uses are proposed at grade along a north-south private road. The three towers, 28, 28, and 44 storeys in height, would sit atop a shared, 7-storey podium, containing a total of 936 residential units of both condominium and rental tenure.
