The proposed redevelopment includes a 14-storey and 28-storey residential tower with a common 6-storey podium. Proposed landscape improvements includes a 1,025 sq.m P.O.P.S along The West Mall. The proposal includes 626 residential units comprised of a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom unit typologies. The project contains a total of 49,772.5 sq.m. of GFA comprised of 45,636 sq.m. of residential GFA, 3,668.5 sq.m. of retail GFA, and 372 sq.m. of community GFA. The proposal complies with the site specific Zoning By-law 1039-2022 which was approved by Council in July 2022.
