The application proposes two new commercial/industrial condominium buildings ranging in height from 7.9 to 8.9 metres, with a total of 21 units and 5,024 square metres of floor space. Two new private driveways are proposed from Albion Road in the south and from Codlin Crescent in the north, providing access to the site, its surface parking lot, and commercial/industrial loading spaces. Landscape strips are proposed adjacent to public streets.
