The building will have a total gross floor area (GFA) of 7,015 square metres, including a retail gross floor area of 55 square metres, resulting in a total density of 15.62 FSI. The total building height is 61.6 metres, exclusive of mechanical penthouse. Twenty-seven vehicle parking spaces are proposed in three levels of underground parking using a car elevator and stacking systm.
