Proposal for a mixed-use development consisting of three buildings at 9, 26 and 29 storeys and incorporating portions of the existing buildings. The development consists of a total of 768 residential units with 46,713.05 sqm residential space, 1,964.5 sqm of Commercial/Flex space and 495sqm of flex space. A community garden/greenhouse and internal courtyard to provide a mid-block connection is proposed. There are 208 underground parking spaces, and 868 bicycle parking spaces proposed.
