Rezoning application to permit a mixed-use building complex consisting of a 26-storey (or 85 metre) tower, a 28-storey (or 91 metre) tower, and a 14-storeys (or 49.5 metre) building, all connected by a 7-storey base building. The proposal results in a gross floor area (GFA) of 80,500 square metres, which provides for a total of 959 residential unit and 2,190 square metres of non-residential GFA. A 2-level underground parking garage and surface parking is proposed to provide 556 vehicular parking spaces and 721 bicycle parking spaces.
