There will be a new public park fronting onto Sheppard Avenue East and a public street bisecting the subject site. In total, the proposal contains 1,009 residential units and approximately 82,695 square metres of gross floor area, including 734 square metres of retail/commercial space, resulting in a density of 4.32 FSI.
