Zoning By-law Amendment for Phase 2 of the proposed development at 1900 Eglinton Ave E to permit a mixed-use development consisting of three (3) tall buildings with heights that range from 36 to 48 storeys, and an 11-storey mid-rise building. The application proposes a total gross floor area of 130,555 sq. m (9,854 sq. m for non-residential uses and 120,701 sq. m for residential uses), with 1,600 residential units and a floor space index (FSI) of 4.01 times the arear of the application lands. A total of 913 parking spaces (845 for residents, 17 for visitors and 51 for retail uses) and four (4) loading spaces are proposed.
