The proposal includes one 11-storey mid-rise building and five towers with heights that range from 26- to 46-storeys, with taller buildings directed towards the Highway 401/Warden Avenue interchange. Overall, the proposed development includes a total gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 158,502 square metres, including 131,947 square metres of residential space, 7,412 square metres of office space, 1,986 square metres of retail space, 1,977 square metres of medical office uses, a 687 square metre grocery store and a 228 room hotel, resulting in a density of 4.57 FSI.
