Proposed a mixed-use development comprised of five towers ranging in height between 26- to 46-storeys and an 11-storey mid-rise building. Overall 1,881 new residential units, including 165 purpose-built rental units and 341 units for seniors, a new daycare space that is proposed to be integrated at the base of a rental apartment building. The proposal also includes a range of other non-residential uses including a 228 room hotel as well as a new 687-square metre grocery store, 1,986 square metres of retail space, and 7,412 square metres of office space, including 1,977 square metres of medical office uses that would be conveniently located within the base of the proposed seniors…
