The proposed development is Phase 1, Housing Now Program, and is comprised of two residential towers (Building A & B) atop a single podium. The ground floor of the podium contains non-residential uses. Floors 2, 3 and 4 of the podium primarily contain vehicle parking as well as mechanical and storage spaces. The application includes 612 residential units (306 non-profit market co-op units and 306 affordable co-op units).
