Total 2,424 residential units, gross floor area (GFA) of 160,204 square metres, comprised of 158,567 square metres of residential GFA and 1,637 square metres of non-residential GFA, resulting in a density of 7.21 FSI. Providing a 1,854.7 square metre new public park, a 2,362 square metre conveyance to the TRCA along the East Highland Creek, and a 401 square metre daycare facility.
