Building C 15 storeys, Building D 8 storeys and Buildings E and F 3 storey townhouses. The applicant proposes access to the site via the provision of a 'C' shaped private street. The proposal incorporates the provision of an approximately 1 acre park intended to be conveyed to the City at the easterly end of the development fronting Dunelm Street.
