The proposed development of McCowan Square contemplates three mixed use towers consisting of a total of 1412 units, a gross floor area of 117,913 square metres and a density of 6.4 FSI. The three proposed high-rise buildings are to consist of 25, 45 and 55 storeys in height (87m-177 m), with a transition in height from south to the north sides of the Subject Property.
