A proposal to renovate the existing 15-storey rental apartment building, to allow the addition of 20 new residential units, on the ground and basement level, increasing the total number of residential units to 270. An addition of 179.21 square metres of indoor amenity space, as well as the addition of parking spaces and bicycle parking spaces to the surface parking lot and in the underground parking garage, are proposed. Further, upgrades to the landscaping to add outdoor amenity space and cosmetic renovations to the building to increase visual appeal, are also proposed.
