The proposed project consists of a new 4-storey affordable rental housing for 68 Indigenous households and will be an intensification of Gabriel Dumont Non-Profit¿s property at 4201 & 4203 Kingston Road, which contains 2 multi-unit residential affordable rental apartment buildings with 80-units. This submission follows the passing of site-specific Zoning By-Law Amendment (780-2024) byToronto City Council, and the approval of a Consent Application (24 112364 ESC 24 CO) byCommittee of Adjustment for a lot addition to transfer the 120 Galloway Road lands whichconstitute a portion of the development site.
