The proposed new Tamil Community Centre will consist of a 2-storey community centre building with a GFA for Phase 1 of 2,606 square metres. Parking for Phase one will comprise of 114 spaces, inclusive of accessible spaces. Phase 1,(ground floor) includes: Dance Studio, Gymnasium, Kitchen, Meeting Room, lockers/change room, management office, multipurpose room and a reception area. Phase 1, Level 2 includes: Library, kids areas, and a walking track. Phase 2 will be for an auditorium with a GFA of approximately 1,972 square metres.
