Demolish the existing 4-storey brick apartment building in order to redevelop the subject lands with an 8-storey apartment building with 112 units (gross floor area of 6,996 sq. m.); below grade parking. The proposed vehicular access would be provided by a private driveway off of Kingston Road along the eastern building facade with loading access contemplated at the rear of the building.
