To permit the redevelopment of the subject site with a 13-storey " U " shaped mid-rise mixed-use building, with at grade retail uses fronting on Kingston Road and residential uses above. The application was approved by City Council on October 9, 2024. The proposed building is a total of 24,607 total GFA of which is 1,110 square metres of non-residential GFA at grade. The proposed number of dwelling units is 252. Total height of the building is 13-storeys (~43 metres, plus the mechanical penthouse). Two levels of underground parking are proposed to serve the building, with 190 vehicular parking spaces for residents, visitors and the retail space and 220 bicycle parking spaces.
