Site Plan application for a 59-storey mixed-use building containing commercial space on the first and second floor, office space on the 3rd to 10th floor, and 540 residential units in the tower above. A 265 square metre privately-owned publicly accessible space (POPS) is proposed on Inkerman Street as well as a midblock pedestrian walkway between St. Mary Street and Inkerman Street. A total of 161 parking spaces and 605 bicycle parking spaces are proposed to support the new development.
