As further described in the application materials, we are proposing to remove the existing building at 33 Maitland as well as the rear section of 37 Maitland and redevelop the property with a design-forward residential project. The main street-facing volume of 37 Maitland (Heritage designated) is to be maintained, restored, and incorporated into the new building podium. The development will include 31,830sm of residential GFA and 439 housing units, located within a slender 49 storey tower. Below grade are 2 underground parking levels containing 27 resident and visitor spaces.
