The existing 8-and-12-storey student residence will be retained on the subject site, with the northern-most bay of the northern 8-storey portion of that existing student residence being demolished to accommodate the proposed new building. The redevelopment proposes 463 dwelling units, resulting in a total gross floor area (GFA) of 28,998 sq. m., a total of 28,782 sq. m. of residential GFA, and a total of 216 sq. m of retail GFA.
