The proposed building includes approximately 65 square metres of non-reisdential space at grade and 618 residential dwelling units.The site was subject to a Zoning By-law Amendment application which was approved in July 2022 under Zoning By-law 1000-2022. This approval allowed for the develompent of a 35-storey mixed-use building, including 300 square metres of non-residential space at grade.
