Proposal to construct a 63-storey mixed-use building on the subject site. The existing six-storey office building will be replaced. Approximately 486 square metres of retail is proposed at grade, with approximately 8,259 square metres of office space proposed on floors one to seven, and approximately 39,356 square metres of residential gross floor area proposed on floors seven to 63. The proposed building will include approximately 675 new dwelling units (in a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units) and will provide 74 vehicular parking spaces and 713 bicycle parking spaces underground.
