The development proposal consists of 146 units within four, 4-storey buildings. Blocks A, B and C front onto Centre Avenue with Block D in the south portion of the site connected to the streetscape. The 4 new buildings would have a total gross floor area of 12,748m2 resulting in a Floor Space Index (FSI) of 1.96 times the lot area. Each Block is 4 storeys and 13.4m in height. 143 below grade parking spaces and 112 bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
