The development applications would permit a 45-storey mixed use building with a height of 145.3 metres (150.3 metres inclusive of the mechanical penthouse). The building will include 562 residential units. In addition, the building will contain 2,253 square metres of residential amenity space, comprised of 1,407 square metres of interior amenity space and 846 square metres of outdoor amenity space. The proposed total gross floor area will be approximately 36,722 square metres, consisting of 36,300 square metres of residential gross floor area and 422 square metres of retail gross floor area, resulting in a density equivalent to 16.7 times the area of the site.
