To permit a mixed-use development including two tall buildings with heights of 29-storeys (approximately 99 m in height, measured to the top of the mechanical penthouse) connected by a 12-storey podium (approximately 41 m in height, measured to the top of the 12th floor). Overall, the site would include 592 residential units and 3,991 square metres of non-residential space. A total of 174 vehicle parking spaces and 463 bicycle parking spaces would be provided in a two level underground parking garage with the exception of 7 vehicle parking spaces which would be provided at-grade.
