Toronto Public Health has investigated, July 9th, a complaint of mould in the apartment and during the investigation it appeared that there was a building membrane leak and water was infiltrating the apartment. Please have the investigating officer contact the undersigned for photos of the conditions. Toronto Public Health has sent an email to the property management/landlord recommending the remediation of the mouldy conditions but as the amount of mould does not surpass our threshold to determine the presence of a public health hazard, no order is being issued at this time.
