Rezoning and Official Plan Amendment applications for a 33 storey residential tower (Tower A) and a 48 storey residential tower (Tower B) connected by a 2-8 storey base which together contains 1,050 new residential dwelling units, a total gross floor area of 84,881 square metre including 12,21 square metres of non resdintial gross floor area in the podium. Of the 1,050 dwelling units, 21 will be provided as affordable housin units as an in kind contribution. The development inlcudes an on-site parkland dedication.
