Proposal of two residential mixed-use towers of 55 and 40 storeys (176.2 and 132.5 metres, exclusive of the mechanical penthouses), with approximately 903 dwelling units in a mix of unit types, including 267 rental units. The proposal is comprised of a total GFA of 85,220 square metres, consisting of approximately 82,336 square metres of residential GFA and 2,884 square metres of non-residential GFA, resulting in a density of 9.77 FSI on the development site and 3.24 on the subject lands.
