To permit a mixed-use development on the Lands, in conformity with the Official Plan designation. The proposal will be completed in two phases with a 46-storey residential tower (Tower 1) located on the eastern portion of the Lands and a 35-storey residential tower (Tower 2) located on the western portion. An eleven storey base building with retail and daycare uses at grade along The Queensway, and with below grade parking, occupies the entire site.
