To amend the zoning by-law to permit Phase 1 of a proposed mixed-use multi-phased development including retail and daycare at grade with residential above, a public park and a new shopping mall entrance on the north portion of the site. The proposal would include three buildings with 4 tower elements ranging in height from 30 to 45 storeys with a total of 1,578 residential dwelling units and a total Gross Floor Area of 118,392 square metres. The existing shopping mall would be retained.
