Proposal to construct a 5-storey mixed use building, with 13 units and a commercial unit proposed at grade. Parking would be provided on-site and facilitated through a Parkplus Lift/Slide system. Specifically, four vehicle spaces wide with two levels below grade and two levels above grade. In addition to the parking stacker system a single barrier-free accessible parking space is proposed at-grade adjacent to the system.
