The application for Phase 2 of 215 Lake Shore Boulevard E proposes to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a multi-tower mixed use development with a total of 1,383 residential dwelling units and 815 sq. metres of non-residential area. This proposal includes a 70 and 14 storey mixed use building abutting Lake Shore Blvd E containing 804 residential dwelling units (including approximately 195 affordable rental units), 135 square metres of commercial area and 468 sq. metres of community agency space. The application also proposes a 60 storey mixed use building abutting Chloe Cooley St containing 586 dwelling units and 212 sq. metres of commercial area.
