OPA and rezoning for amendments to modify the performance standards applicable to the mixed-use building to be located at 274-284 King Street West on the West Block, and on incorporating the minor variances approved for 270 King Street West on the East Block (File No. A0681/21TEY) into the amending by-law. No other changes to the existing planning approvals are proposed as part of this submission. Furthermore, the changes presented through the proposal are all interior and relate to the uses and their distribution within the building; no exterior changes to the building permissions are proposed through the applications.
