The proposed total gross floor area ("GFA") is 325,000 m2 (9.31 FSI for the net site area) of which 311,401 m2 will be residential GFA and 13,599 m2 of non-residential GAF and a total of 4,994 new dwelling units.A revised draft plan of subdivision is likely required in a future application.
