Proposed Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments for Quayside Master Plan Blocks 3b, 4 and 5. The proposal for Blocks 3b, 4 and 5 includes two residential towers and one mid-rise building, collectively accommodating 8,988 square metres of non-residential Gross Floor Area (GFA) and 119,581 square metres of residential GFA. The residential component includes 1,475 condo units and 407 affordable units. The buildings will flank a portion of a 14,350 square metre east-west "Community Forest" which is continuous through the centre of the broader development.
