Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment application to permit development above the Union Station rail corridor between Blue Jays Way and Bathurst Street. The revised proposal includes 9 mixed-use towers ranging in height from 36 to 72-storeys, a new City park and publicly accessible open spaces. The proposed gross floor area (GFA) equals approximately 531,130 m2 of which 494,133 m2 would be residential GFA, comprised of 7,986 residential units and 37,000 m2 would be non-residential GFA, including retail, office, hotel and childcare uses.
